Left on the Freeway after car accident

<p>I am still waiting for one of your supposed managers to explain to me why I my car was towed after my accident but I was left with no means to get home after my car accident.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks to you and your lovely business, I was left on the side of the freeway. I could have died. I really want to know how you guys expected me to get home after I experience d a traumatic accident.</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to numerous so called consultants about this and each and every one them says "I'll need to refer ths to my manager" and no manager bothers to call me about this.</p> <p> </p> <p>I could have died. I could have been ****d. ANYTHING could have happened to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for showing that you care about my car and fixing it and you could not be bothered about my safety or life.</p> <p> </p> <p>I honestly wonder if this would have happened if I was a white woman or if you guys expected me to walk over 60 kilometres home because black peolpe have been walking for many years since the beginning of time.<br /><br /><br /></p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremely disappointed by this and I do not want to be insured by a company that only cares about the insured item and doesn't give a rats ass about the insured's life. </p>
