Leeroy Customer Service***

I am travelling at the present time and had two problems I was trying to resolve with Dial Direct without much success. However, I managed to contact Leeroy in Customer Services and what a pleasure. He resolved my problem within 5 minutes. He contacted me by email to give the outcome and followed up with a claim which I needed to lodge. Leeroy you deserve kudos for your trouble.
