Lack of response

I was impressed when I received the quote and everything seemed great, then my husband was involved in an accident the other driver's brakes failed and he collided with my husband. We have received an email stating that the legal department was unsuccessful in recovering the costs from the other party and I feel that our claim has been tossed aside as this incident happened in July 2020 and we are still waiting to be contacted. I am utterly disappointed in the lack of response & resolution we have received thus far. We are looking at other insurers at this moment.
