Kyle was beyond phenomenal

I received an email with a ridiculous increase, called the contact centre ready for a fight and was happily surprised when Kyle was so accommodating! <br> He was a pleasant bloke to deal with, extremely helpful, courteous and the displayed the epitome example of brilliant customer service. <br> This chap deserves to be commended on a job brilliantly done!
