Keeping my laptop or what?

<p>I booked in my laptop with a third party provider called Paragon Computers, which sub-contracts for Dial Direct. After many fights & issues, and sending Dial Direct a report from a respected IT company that my laptop had suffered surge damage, they still decided against it, to reject my claim due to "Wear & Tear"?....</p> <p>I finally decided to accept it as this is not the first time it was proven to me that they are just another money making scheme disguised as an insurance provider - And now, after 2 weeks...I have still not received my "Wear & Tear"? damaged laptop back from them....giving me grounds to report it as ****** maybe???..... Every choice that I made to move to this company as my insurance provider, has been proven as the wrong move in fact....I would not recommend this company to anyone, not in business nor in personal insurance, as I have both and I have to fight with every single claim that I submit....Definitely looking out for something better....</p>
