I’ve been with Dial Direct for my car insurance for many years and haven’t had to claim, but the experience so far has been smooth. Signup was quick, premiums are reasonable compared to other quotes I got, and payments/debit orders run without issues. Customer service is also easy to reach when I’ve called to check things. Can’t speak on claims yet, but for day-to-day cover and peace of mind, they’ve been solid so far. Would recommend checking them out if you’re shopping around.
