It was my first time doing a claim

It was my first time doing a claim. I called before I was advised to do the claim via the app. Witch was not helpful at all at the time. I called today again spoke to Siphamandla and I told her what happened and I'm not winning with the app. After talking to her she explained to me step by step what to do.
