Issues with service.

My car is insured with Dial direct, was paying R869, and all of a sudden I get debited R1119 without any notification. I haven't recieved any email or letter to say that my premium will be increased. As a result I had to cancel my agreement with effect from end of April and now I get a cancelation letter which states the end date is end of May. I need this to be sorted out asap. call me asap
