Tha claim was satisfactorily settled. With the initial report on.the app, together the photographs and videos which we considered well done and swift action taken by us, in terms of clearing and drying up the place and saving further damage, there appeared to be a misunderstanding with the Insurance Company. We then had to phone them again and report the claim which then appeared to be understood. Despite this, the way forward from thereon.went very well. A slight delay occurred with the laminated floor report which was brought to their attention and it was cleared and sorted out immediately. Trust that this is in order
