Insurance Claim Liability Denial

A building on my property has been undermined by Termites...the policy states that we are covered by impact from animals amongst other things...they are now telling me that Termites are not Animals they are Insects which is just ridiculous it is like saying that Humans are Primates not Animals or that Fish are Amphibians not Animals...if you are not a plant then you are definitely an animal according to taxonomy and there is absolutely no doubt that the little critters have definitely had an impact on my building.<br> Once again an insurance company is slimying out of a legitimate claim.
