Insufficient evidence to reject a claim

I received an email this morning stating my policy has been canceled on my instruction. I've never requested for my policy to be canceled. On the inability to pay out my Insurance has been canceled without my consent. My boyfriend and I have been in a car accident. My car is a write off. I am the driver of the vehicle. Medical reports from the first official on the scene who had examined me and transported my boyfriend to the clinic state that I was the driver. They declined my claim on dishonesty and drunk and driving. They state that my boyfriend was under the influence of alcohol and was the driver. No blood test was done to account for this statement. They stated that my boyfriend was nonresponsive, but they claim he was the driver. How did you get that my boyfriend was the driver if he was nonresponsive??? An Insurance company that does not want to pay out will go to any length to make you feel helpless. And this is how I feel right now
