INSANE PRICE HIKE AND INCORRECT INFO
I got an email today 11th of feb 2016 and it was dated the 25th of January 2016. The letter not only had my incorrect home address, it had my incorrect Registration number of my car. The reason why i came to dial direct is because of their great price and package they offer. They hit me with a 100% increase on my monthly premium. I called them, and they said it was due to panel beater increases... I have never ever claimed for a panel beater or any other claim for that matter. I understand an inflation increase but This is ridiculous. I looked on hippo and DialDirect literally show the current price im paying for my insurance through them. Im not sure what **** this is. make a plan or im leaving for greener pastures

We were also able to allocate discount to the premium increase and the revised quotation is available to you should you choose to accept it.
Your annual increase is calculated considering various factors which range from ,the projected rise in the cost of the replacement and repairs to vehicles and household goods, to worldwide financial conditions and the performance of our currency against global markets. There are many more factors that will influence your premium which cannot be measured against the current inflation rate as the majority of these factors are industry specific.
