I am very happy with dial direct's service!<br> <br> I've been insured with them for about a year now and was ****** at gunpoint in my home.<br> <br> After reporting the event to the police, the culprit was caught in two days, but then the docket got held up by innumerable court hearings postponements. This meant i could not complete the claim as I could not get my hands on the police statement. <br> <br> Felicia was beyond diligent in following up weekly to check if things had been resolved.
