Increased premium after 1 accident
Good day
I was insured with Dial direct for a period of 2 years, got involved in a car accident. The car was a write off. Dial direct paid me and Didn't give me any problems with claiming stage. They paid me out well. When I got a car 2 months after my accident, I wanted to go back to Dial direct but my premiums went up with extra R400. I then had to look for other insurer which offered me a better deal. I was truly happy with Dial Direct. And I wouldn't mind having you back as a client.
