INCORRECT INFORMATION GIVEN TO INSURER
I recently had a Diamond Ring, Watch and Glasses ******. Followed all the procedures as advised by Dial Direct and was then informed that I would not be covered for my watch and my ring as there was a Claim on a previous policy with Santam, I explained to the consultant that the ring that was claimed for with Santam was a ring that was bought in Sandton and not the same ring that was last ******. I have proof of purchase for the ring that was ****** and paid out on Santam, that ring was never replaced as it could not be replaced. The ring with santam was a 0.05 30x diamond 18ct gold ring and proof was submitted to Santam. The ring that was ****** on my Dial Direct policy was a Diamond Ring that was given to me and therefore I do not have proof. I offered to send photos of the ring but this was ignored. The watch that was ****** was a Citizen Crystal Watch, that was bought in America and I did not/do not have proof of payment for this watch but I do have one or two links left that were removed from that watch, to make it smaller for my rist. I am happy to provide these as well, and photos as I wore that watch every day hence I specified the item on the plicy. I asked the consul
