Incompetency

<p>I am utterly disgusted by the service I received from Dialdirect after two years of car insurance cover,they dicided to cancel my policy without my knowledge just because I called last week 23/11/2016 to ask them why they deducting on this day not on the day we agreed on which was the 27th of every month.The consulted said cause I missed a premium,I told them that the so-called premium was decucted on the 2nd November which I called when I noticed that the debit order did not go through on the 27th to make arrangements.Now they left with stranded with no cover for December cause they decided to cancel not to call me and discuss.Their reason there was a dispute yes the dispute arose when they took money on the date that was not agreed upon</p>
