What is the expected turnaround for minor accidents. How does dial direct refer clients to a bogus service provider. Between dial direct and Renew IT revonia I have received the worst service one can expect from a service provider.. I sent my car for repairs 27th June and up to today each follow up is met with unreliable feedback Each time I call to understand when my car would be ready Isaac is never available.

This is not what insurance is supposed to be like. How am supposed to get by with my car stuck at that repairs place for over a month. This is horrible customer service from both Dial Direct and Renew IT Revonia.
