Incompentence

I've been with DialDirect for many years, my monthly premium has ALWAYS gone off on the 1st of every month. I have never missed a premium. Friday 28 August 2020 my premium goes off. Thank the gods there was sufficient funds to cover this. I call the call centre, and am told that my policy has been moved over to the NON PAYING department that's why it went off early. The agent goes through my history and verifies that i have never missed a premium and apologizes for this error. He assures me that this will never happen again and going forward my premium has moved back to the 1st. FAST FORWARD to Tuesday 6 October 2020. I receive a text message from Dial direct stating that due to my premium not going off my policy is going to be cancelled. Once again i call. Only to be told that the bank details on my policy is from an account that i closed a year ago, and somehow this account has now magically reappeared on my profile. Again i hear all kinds of apologies etc etc and promises that this will not happen again. Last night i receive an email from Dial Direct (after the premium has gone off my correct account) that due to me supplying incorrect and ********** banking information my policy is being cancelled. DUE TO THE INCOMPETENCE OF DIAL DIRECT STAFF I AM THE ONE SUFFERING. I have tried calling the entire morning and just not getting through.

Sort this out. i am beyond angry
