Inaccurate Rewards Program

Please go into a quote with these guys with an open mind. They have convinced me to move over to them at a higher premium with lots of promises and saying with the cash back rewards I will have a lower premium than current. This is probably all true except for the fact that the app is absolutely ****. It tracks you for phone usage when you don't. Very inaccurate. So you will never make a big dent in your premium because you need to score 5 stars to benefit.
