INACCURATE APP DIALDIRECT!

The Dialdirect APP to monitor and reward good driving is USELESS. It is highly inaccurate! My last two trips I have driven slowly, way under speed limit, and have used my brakes minimally, and yet it gives me a red star???? No one could drive more carefully than i do, and it tells me i drive badly?! Dialdirect need to seriously and urgently address this problem!!!
