Inability to Fulfill their promise

<p>I have written a couple of reviews on the porr service I received from Renewit, the preferred panel beaters for Diarfirect. Well my car has now developed paint cracks where it was repaired, my rear hatch cant open or close, my dealer tells me the interior panel for the hatch was super glued in and when I close my door the door panel vibrates violently and a radio that seldom works. So I have now sent 5 different mails to dial direct to ask for them to appoint a new panle beater to sort the problems out. Every time I send a mail they tell me someone will contact me. Guess what, no one ever contacts me and a month later I still. My experience with both dial direct and renewit is the worst I have ever experienced and I no longer know what to do. I hope this review will save someone from my nightmare and scare them away.</p>
