Impressed

Car Bonnet open and my car was damaged, i was negative about them to my surprise towing was lightning fast and my claim was was put via app and went very very well and was paid out well. The only challence is some of their employees are ***********. I had a extra car radio i wanted to get from the car she couldnt locate the car she kept me on the call for 35min and i called her for 4days she still couldnt help me. The 5th day i called this guy answered me 10min i was sorted out and happy but this laddy 4days no results. Other than that Laddy am impressed with dial direct, if i get a new car dial direct is my 1st choice
