Immediate payout and reversal of monthly premium

I had an accident with my Renault about a moth ago. A week later I was paid out the full amount (car was written off) as agreed when I took out the insurance a year ago. This happened on the last day of August but my September debit was already underway. A week later I received payout but also September's premium back into my account. <br> <br> Thanks DialDirect (who were also cheaper than most other places I phoned for a quote a year back)
