I'm writing a review for Lesego Malebane, who assisted me for a quotation for my vehicle at Dial Direct. I requested Dial Direct contact me for an insurance quotation, as I was contemplating buying a vehicle. I was contacted by Lesego Malebane. Generally I do not enjoy telephonic conversations with call centre's as I haven't got the best hearing anymore. The member was friendly, well-spoken and annunciation his words clearly. Many telemarketers speak rapidly, as if they are rushing to the next customer or competing with an auctioneer. Lesego took the time to explain the policy details and spoke at a measured pace. All in all a painless experience, and a reasonable quote from Dial Direct.
