I’m not happy with the quote from Dialdirect

I have a scratch and dents policy with this **** insurance company i lodged a claim last year November.They authorized the claim but I’m not happy with the way they did assessment they don’t do physical assessment they only rely on photos and they failed dismal to do an accurate assessment they ended up telling me that i have to pay an excess of R1200.00 but my cover is R5000.00 On 10 January 2025 I decided to go to Palace Panel and Paint they did physical assessment and they quoted me R4830.00 only I sent the quote to Dialdirect last week up until now they didn’t give me any feedback yet.Palace Panel and Paint is factory approved repairer and they are very professional.
