I wish there was a way to not even give them a star. I had an accident and was given a courtesy car while my car was being fixed and now the panel beaters are not done fixing my car but Dial Direct doesn't want to extend the courtesy car for me and they say it is not their fault because they are useless and always quick to put the blame on anyone else but themselves. I will cancel my home insurance, vehicle insurance and even my cellphone insurance. ****** idiots!!!
