I would like to write a review about Dialdirect, specifically Dimakatso. The service that I have received from this consultant has been beyond outstanding. Her name is Dimakatso. I have extensive experience in client services as I work with patients on a daily basis in the private sector so I fully understand what it means when someone provides a service that is a cut above rest, “beyond outstanding and out of this world service”. Dimakatso was able to resolve all my issues from the time when I was most stressed; when I need my claim to be approved and when I needed car hire. Dimakatso you’re simply a superstar, I hope Dial Direct can properly recognize you for the outstanding work that you provide on a daily basis for you clients.
