I would like to write a review about Dialdirect, I received an amazing service from Celiwe. A person who listens and have interest of the client, she was not ticking boxes but keen to ensure that I was well covered and fully understand what I am paying for. Part of me staying with dialdirect for many years is the well trained staff who are not selling insurance but caring for their clients well-being.
