I would like to write a review about Dialdirect. I have just spoken with Shandrika... and OMG, what a pleasure it was. She was so professional and absolutely helpful with my queries. She offered more than I could have asked for and even planned to call me back next week to help me further. It is so refreshing to know that there are still people out there who are willing to go that extra mile just to provide people with AMAZING service.
