I would like to write a review about Dialdirect

I would like to write a review about Dialdirect. Kopano ticked all the boxes of my customer service expectations. After facing one frustration after the other on 10th May 2020 I ended up prematurely canceling my policy with Dialdirect. I called in today and unexpectedly there was this warm, welcoming and attentive person that was able to put themselves in my shoes. Kopano did the things that made me reconsider my decision and I was truly satisfied with her service before she sent me to retention. Kopano please do keep up the great work and continue delivering excellent customer service ❤️
