I would like to write a review about Dialdirect. I had an accident on 09/05/2025 and my car was written off. The service I got from my claim handler Mr Thabo Motsei was absolutely amazing. From how communicated with me, he was humbled, he caring and very professional. I’m very happy with the outcome of my claim and the time it took to be finalised.
