I would like to write a review about Dialdirect. I phoned in to Dialdirect insurance this morning asking for assistance with my premium which I feel was very high. I was attended to by their Agent Kim Fortuin. This lady assisted and listened to me with so much compassion and understanding. She immediately assured me that she will see what she can arrange for me. She came back to me with a positive response. I am so glad I had the courage to phone in. Dial direct is a very good insurance they gave me good service over the years. I will not change my insurance. Thanks Dialdirect insurance.
