I would like to write a review about Dialdirect

I would like to write a review about Dialdirect. I was assisted by a lovely lady who even calm me down because I was so angry with the way Ms Makhukho handled my claim. The lady assisted me by giving me hope and informing me that my claim will be processed within 3 to 4days. Her service was excellent and I really appreciated her assistance. I was in a middle of crying and she lifted my spirit up. If it was not for her, I would have cancelled my policy with Dialdirect immediately. Thanking you🙏🏾
