I would like to write a review about Dialdirect. Candice Chetty assisted me today regarding the annual price increase of my insurance which was too high for me. She was very professional, considerate and came up with a way to lower the premium. It was quick and everything was discussed clearly. Thanks again Candice, it is very much appreciated.
