I would like to write a review about Dialdirect. I was frustrated by the yearly premium increases. So I shopped for better prices. I received a quote from Outsurance with the same benefits but lower excess and which was R300 cheaper. So I decided to go with them. When I called Dial Direct to cancel, I was put through to Jennelle Blair from retentions. She went over my policy and gave me an option that suited me perfectly for around R700 plus cheaper with a lower excess. There were benefits which because I am retired and only use my vehicle during non peak times and mostly locally, that I didn't need. The option she suggested, which I accepted, suited me perfectly. So I decided to stay with Dial Direct.
