I would like to write a review about dial direct warranty Insurance

I would like to write a review about dial direct warranty Insurance. I am very disappointed with this insurance company. It is almost a month now having a pending claim,no communication about claim proggression ,no updates at all,I am the only one calling them and then they will ask for one document at a time. I mean 2023 and 2024 service invoices it took them two days to ask for each. The claim is not finalized,I am a shift female worker depending on this car to get work and here they are taking their precious time to work on this,,,I mean even the dealership hasn't started working on the car because it's not approved yet.
