I would like to write a review about Dial direct. My call to the customer care desk was promptly answered by Akhona, who was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. She dealt with my queries and sent me my quote and called back late that afternoon for my confirmation. We then spent a while amending details that had changed on my previously insured items.
