I would like to write a review about Dialdirect... I had called DD with the purpose of canceling my Home Insurance as I had found a cheaper option elsewhere. I was very agitated as I was unable to get through to the department dealing with policy cancelations. I was eventually put through to Celiwe Motha. A very polite and well spoken lady who patiently took the time to assist with my complaint. Celiwe conducted herself in such a professional manner that I changed my mind about moving insurance to another service provider. She ended her call saying that she would call me back the next morning, which is what she did. I believe that she has an amazing understanding of what service excellence is all about. Well done Celiwe. You're an asset to DD
