I would like to write a review about Dialdirect: I would like to say a Big Thank You to Candice Chetty for a great service today 10 August 2022 after I called 3 times holding for more than 10 minutes each call waiting for someone to answer.... I was so Frastrated but hearing that sweet voice and apologizing on behalf of the company and the person I spoke to before her... That's what I call Good Service and I was not mad anymore. This is a Compliment to Candice🙌🙏 and Dialdirect for having people like her as Professional and Committed to their work I'm so grateful 🙏
