I would like to write a review about Dialdirect's consultant Mueen-Deen Rahmtoola and the service he provided, I had an ongoing issue with a couple of claims I had logged and the frustration I had with the response I was receiving and lo and behold Mueen called and gave me guidance, support and a service I was not sure that I will ever get, he is professional, knowledgeable about the products and is geared for customer service, he answered all my questions, provided me with more then expected guidance and he and another consultant (Neo) is the reason why I am still with Dial Direct
