I was very upset when I called Dialdirect because of the wrong amount debited and wrong date

I was very upset when I called Dialdirect because of the wrong amount debited and wrong date. The amount was increased without my knowledge and I wasn't happy at all but from the gentleman who picked up the phone to the lady who assisted me, as upset as I was, they made me calm down, explained what happened and assisted me. Even though I'm out of my budget a little this month, I'll survive as long I'm sorted and happy. So, thank you
