I was mislead when taking insurance by.dial direct agent(nokuthula) by giving me wrong information.where i needed comprehensive insurence.she qoute me on theft and fire which was not what i wanted.3 days doen the line after going through their documents.i phoned in and spoke to a fanincial advisor.and i cancell the policy which she assured me that in 72hrs she will email me a proff of cancelliation which that neve happened.i emailed for the proff no responce to date.instead.premiums deducted.for insurence that was cancelled on 8 septemper 2023
