I was extremely happy with the quote received from Tayla on Tuesday

I was extremely happy with the quote received from Tayla on Tuesday. She reaffirmed she will call me she would call me back on Friday at 9.30 to finalise a few details. She did not have courtesy of call me back. Contacted Dial Direct again and got through to someone else. The consultant could not match Tayla's verbal quote. Could not give me the same quote that Tayla had offered. Ritonde contacted Tayla she said I did not know the vehicle model etc. This was only an excuse as she had the retail value on hand for the said vehicle. Some advice do not accept a verbal quote from Dial-Direct as two days later it is a higher premium. Make sure that you request them to send the quote to you writing. Do not accept anything verbally from Dial-Direct.
