I was devastated on receipt of my annual review letter where my monthly premium increased by an extra R771. 22 pm. I was about to switch from Dial Direct. Her exceptional service and profound skills within her service domain at Dial Direct was excellent. With her professional skillset she firstly noted my needs and adjusted my premium to a more realistic level. I trust that the senior management at Dial Direct take cognizance. Fortunately, Dial Direct still has the calibre of client centred employees like Revona Govender who can make a difference.
