I was assisted by Masindi Lufuno at Dial Direct.What a wonderful gentleman,he gave me a reduced premium,and he was so friendly and well mannered,and efficient.Well done to Masindi Lufuno.And please Dial Direct,carry on hiring staff like Masindi Lufuno I have been with Dialdirect for 22 years,and he has been the nicest person I have spoken too in all those years.
