I was assisted by Aidan. He was knowledgeable, patient, a delight to talk to and I immensely appreciate how concisely he took me through the process of filing a claim. He also sincerely asked whether I was harmed in the incident which caused my dent and scratches and was happy to hear that my car was the only one who incurred any damage. Thanks, Aidan! Mila
