I wanted to cancel my policy and I was assisted by Kim. What a sweet, understanding advisor, she understood why I wanted to cancel my policy and I advised that I really enjoyed being with Dialdirect however I was not happy with the additional excesses, so that was the only reason for my cancellation. Kim is an asset to Dialdirect and we need more people like her in the insurance industry. Thank you Kim
