i then cancelled the policy with them after 4 months

I took a car insurance with dial direct , my car was involved in an accident , at first they said they will not ay for the claim coz the claim was below the excess , then they sent the car to the dealership and they found that the engine was damaged I need the new engine . When ever I called them they would ask me to start the whole story and after they hung the phone . I ended u paying for that engine R50 000 +
