I regret the day I got a call for a quotes from DIALDIRECT motor insurance

I have been trying to cancel my policy with dial direct for so long, I called them the whole of this week I have been put on hold, transferred to different departments, and my details were even taken done for someone to call me back regarding my cancelation, I don't know how many times have i given people my details for them to call me back, Dial direct is FRUSTRATING doesn't even deserve that one start, now that debit order date is near they are going to debit with no shame, that time they don't even have my vehicle photos , what are they even covering, I am canceling the policy because of the bad reviews i have read about them just after I had taken the policy with them. How I wish they could be as quick to call us or reply to our emails when we cancel, as they were when they offered us quotes. I wouldn't advice anyone to use dial direct at all.
