I regret moving to Dial Direct
I regret moving to Dial Direct. They unnecessarily drag claims. At the moment their assessor has given me an unfair treatment for my claim. Instead of getting me a new assessor like I asked 10 days ago. They keep saying they're escalating my case but it seems no one is doing anything about my claim. They are the worst choice I have ever made
